Resilience Analysis of Power System

Power systems is the pre-requesite to ensure the national economy and security. Historical events such as 2011 Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan and 2012 Huricane Sandy in the United States have caused severe interruptions of electric service, leading to catastrophic damages to both critical infrastructures and the entire society. Enhancing the resilience of electric power infrastructures to high-impact events is critical for not only keeping lights on but also supporting other infrastructures functional.
